Building a program of the Winter Academy, we try to balance practical classes with general fundamental courses on arbitra- tion. The Winter Academy 2023 is dedicated to the core concepts of arbitration, its interplay with state courts and other methods of dispute resolution, as well as the special features of arbitra- tion across the globe.
Each year, preparing the Winter Academy, our team itself is eagerly looking forward to meeting both lecturers and partici- pants. The Academy connects people from different countries with various cultural background. At the end of the day, that is perhaps the most essential goal of the Winter Academy – to focus on common values, which the international arbitration cherishes and maintains.
