The APCAM Webinar series conducted by the Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation, will be a global tour of all jurisdictions, discussing about The emerging architecture of free trade zones such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) with twelve countries, if the United States rejoins it, is a commercial zone of 800 million people with a combined economic power of 28 trillion US dollars. The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) of Asia-Pacific nations is another zone of fifteen countries with more than 2 billion people and economic power of 26 trillion US dollars. Those free trade zones are not only cross-border commercial zones but also cross-culture interaction zones. Commercial disputes are inevitable.
