APCAM Lecture Series
APCAM Lecture Series is a new competency model learning program, that shines a spotlight on the important role of improving problem-solving skills, communication, increased focus on technology & innovation, innate technicalities etc. This will be a free online academic conversation conducted monthly.
The fourth APCAM Lecture will be conducted on the topic “Art of Cross-examination in International Mediation”. The speaker for the topic will be Mr. Francis Xavier S.C, Arbitrator: Regional Head of Dispute Resolution Group at Rajah & Tann LLP. The program is scheduled on 22nd February 2023 at 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm (India time – GMT +5.30)
